Volunteer Leaders & Participants
The Christian Education Committee relies on volunteers to be the nursery caregivers, preschool and 7th grade teachers, Workshop Teachers, Shepherds, confirmation table leaders and youth group sponsors.
Our adult leaders assume a variety of responsibilities and arrive prepared and excited about their service to St. John’s.
The children and youth who participate in the programs are also volunteers and they, too, have responsibilities.
Everyone in the Faith Zone is asked to come with a willingness to experience God’s story in the day’s activity and to offer and receive the respect of others.
The Christian Education Committee follows guidelines for the personal safety of everyone in our programs. Our rooms are open, leaders are carefully recruited and parents are invited to drop in at any time.
